We're Worth What?

So last Monday I (Rachel) pretty much got the day off work. After bumming around on the couch for awhile watching quality t.v. (The View and a marathon of Hogan Knows Best episodes), Nik and I decided to go do something with our lives...and we did...we insured them! Yup, we are now each worth one hundred grand. The insurance lady kept accidentally typing in 1 million....so I say we are really worth that. So we spent hours in the AAA office, taking advantage of the free air conditioning and going from cubicle to cubicle to see what they had to offer us. We walked out with our car insured (it was insured with my parents before), our apartment insured, and ourselves insured.

Since there was nothing else to insure and it was still like 100 degrees outside, we decided to head on over to the plaza to bum more free air conditioning off of businesses. I played a little Wii Mario Kart at Game Stop and then sat around Borders reading Real Simple ... or something like that.

and...that was it. fun stuff.

p.s. in case anyone was wondering (and so that nik won't get offended when he reads this) Nik wasn't watching The View and Hogan Knows Best, just me.

k bye
