Saying we've had weird weather lately is an understatement. Tornados in California?! Crazy. But I'm not complaining...anything is better than 100 degree heat and an upstairs apartment with no air conditioning (or rather...air conditioning but two poor tenants that cannot afford to run it). Oh how I miss those days at CBU, where we would have the air on all day full blast with no worries. Those were the days...Anyways, it's cooler now. Which is awesome. Yesterday I had no excuse to get out of making dinner. Lately I have been able to say "it's too hot to use the stove or oven". But since it was cold....I figured I'd get over my lazy self and cook something.
