Coffee House?

So at work they asked be to make this "Coffee Sand" stuff for the kids to play with. It requires me to dry out used coffee grounds by baking them in our oven for hours. The result....our aparment has reeked of coffee for the past few days. Yesterday I started a batch, opened all the windows and door and then ran to the store for a few minutes. As I was walking up to the door...I could smell the coffee all the way from the staircase! Our apartment smells like a coffee house...but I guess it could be worse. At least it doesn't smell like a fish market. That would suck.
